yeah, this scenario did cross my mind before going there @StuF ..stuff .. happens. Going to put in an official complaint about instructor though. luckily I've done the course, sohave half an idea who to talk to

The instructor does not seem to have a sound mind. Paranoid psychosis? Its plausible he may be mentally ill @TAB and he failed you due to his mental state. It really comes across as paranoid psychosis the fact he is accusing you as being a government spy!!! It does not make sense. You have a right to report him and be given an appropriate studies assessment. He sounds mentally ill tabby

he said he had had a complaint put in about him recently, but no excuse. Have sent a letter of complaint. Thanks @SmilingGecko it should not happen ,let alone me pay lots of money to be treated like that

Yeah I know @TAB you invested so much money time and energy in that course but he definitely sounds unhinged. I hope you can get a positive outcome from that complaint process. I'm sorry this happened to you - you could have done without it right now. He is putting people like yourself in jeopardy. But yeah its he type of thing a delusional person would say

Iam sore from gym still @Meowmy struggling walking and something nearly let go this morning lol thighs and groin,terrible.
Anyway hope things get better for you. got a date for vet at last , next friday. so will have to shut cat inside house night before to make sure its there when its time to go
