Hello @StuF just been using my TCM Bian stone today. It dredges meridians and emits biophons as well as oxygenation of blood and minerals for the body. About to put crystals out under full moon then put garbage out.

Just put crystals out under the super full moon tonight. Sleep might be light on for people tonight as the moons gravitational pull affects neurotransmitters in the brain causing insomnia. So its a jacked up full moon tonight being a super moon - its closest approach to earth. I learned this useful tip from a healer once to drink coconut water before bed as it will balance the brain and stop the full moon causing insomnia

No good @TAB Mars is in Scorpio at the moment so tempers are flaring wherever you go. Seen astrologers talk about it a lot since last week. Plus full moon tonight so its quite tense astro weather
