could be running like a well oiled machine id still struggling......

im 51 this year and only learned to send emails without help because i had a rehab provider using my phone contact to manipulate me into looking non compliant on paper and the times she did say lovely catching up it would be followed by some great idea i apparently had and she had made arrangements for me to meet her on a monday morning at 9 am and sent the email at 4.30 friday arvo and im unable to commit to anything that involves me being in unfamiliar settings with strangers simply because its highly probable i will trigger and thats if my body allows me to leave the house on a day i feel safe to mentally.
didnt eat couldnt sleep till i was helped on sunday by someone that had nothing to do with my recovery informing me of my rights and making it clear she wasnt breaking any laws except one of ethics so i ignored her Monday morning and yeah u smirked in silent glee when she let me know she was there and am i far now, what time did i leave and the no communication of cant wait any longer to let me know exactly how much of her time i had wasted told me it was enough.

Then she just got mean and since the emails were coming so often and i dont do email they were close enough to see for me to see playing of words so i can now do an email and her entire company has been disengaged

the Tabaluga's 2.0 bit i rember reading about earlier so thinking this will work and i can get some sleep and be back here again 10amish most likely......
