gym was hard @GezzaP @Meowmy then went to drs chasing scripts that was told would be ready last Friday. got sick of ringing and went there. Dr still hadn't been reminded. I had been chasing it since Monday. got it now. too stuffed to get filled. nearly collapsed outside drs. oh well

getting telehandler ticket tomorrow , might help get job on windfarm I thought.
staying at swish motel , think may even have a bathtub there. taking epsom salts in case.
will be punching commo 4am heading for Whyalla
