@GezzaP yes my poor 90 year old mum sent me a text at 2am saying she had taken her magic pill cauz she couldnt sleep. its great when you have a decent 7 plus hours xx

I am thrilked tgat I slept so well @TAB . Went for my walk was cold wind. Having a cuppa and checking emails. Will make silverbeet fiilo again before I venture outside to sow the new native seeds I got in the post yesterday.
