I get restless sometimes but mostly fine, @TAB If I have to get out I walk down the local pub for lunch or go in the afternoon to see a friend. I know when I have a mood swing.

..gosh 2yrs ago now, but I drove to Broken Hill just to hang out and have a look around @GezzaP lol thinking trip West sometime in next 6mths or so just for a look around.

Yeah oh well, @Historylover I don't know. Grabbed a brisk walk. Noticing my vitality experiencing significant improvement since fine tuning my morning detox protocol. I haven't checked tomorrows weather. I knew it was raining for Melbourne Cup Day but don't know how fierce the weather is going to be. Strong winds and rain maybe.

@TAB that a nice looking computer. I hope it works well for you. I have never bought a laptop. Mine is an iMac desktop. I've been really happy with it. I love Apple computers and my tech wizard has always been good to me. This one I bought was refurbished like all the previous ones. It was in mint condition at a good price. I think they may depreciate rapidly or something - a bit like cars?

You're so good with your walking regime, @SmilingGecko. I wish I could be inspired. I've become something of a couch potato since taking up reading again. It's difficult to do both when you get your nose in a book. Tomorrow!

Western Aust deserts are stunning. @TAB Pub is on beach front. You can get a meal and a drink for $20. I have been outback WA, SA and NT. Have been to Qld, Sydney, Victoria and worked in Tasmania for about 3 months.
