yeah I dont like extremes re hot and cold @GezzaP was sweating at gym lol. had haircut, did shopping,rest time,feel like been punched in stomach. dole is around $430/wk now, was 200 or less not long ago. brother and sister have super , she gets like $1500/wk, depending on how his is set up,. nearly $2000 plus got $5000/38hr wk job. still if i got pension somehow its like $150/wk more than I get now.got gym again wednesday as going to whyalla for a course thursday. so be interesting to see how I pull up. physio said I have done same workout did today months ago, but today was over 5mins quicker , ha. only like 4th visit since had 6weeks off. Saw funeral procession and didnt wish the dead well. went long way home to look at crops and theres way less traffic. did 160 on backroads naughty boy. My wood guy dropped off a load got him to re-cut for my tiny heater. said to someone I lit it last week and theyre like woo not allowed to, well looked it up and i can light a fire inside house on Christmas Day if I want to .. so long as have spark arrestor on chimbly which guess I have

Oh busy you today! @TAB The dole is ridiculously low. I was on it for a few years but also when they doubled it during Covid. Glad to be free of Centrestink until I can claim a part pension in 4 years time. Naughty boy driving so fast. The sun has decided to come out for a little while here but it is still chilly. Will garden when we get a nice day. Sounds like Wednesday could be ok. My psycho calls Weds morning. Haven’t heard from my psychiatrist for several weeks now.

I’m good thanks. @MissGremlin Just had lunch. Still hungry! but wanted ti save some if casserole for dinner. Trying ti eat smaller meals. Cold and wet here today. Not looking forward to trip t bring bin in.

I had a bath at rental house was in for 6 years in Kalgoorlie. would have a bath nearly every day when in the mood ie soak with candles etc lol @GezzaP

Keep at it @TAB. Youre doing the exercises a lot quicker which means you are getting fitter. What heart procedure are you having? Does it involve a general anaesthetic?
