What a rort, @SmilingGecko. I thought that you had an iron clad warranty! Perhaps he has sprayed a chemical to stop them re-entering the previous space so, of course, they'll find another entry point. Have a look online to see the suggested repellants. I see a suggestion for peppermint oil, cinnamon... How annoying for you! Have you looked online for their reasons why they keep returning to a location/house? Is there standing water or lots of flowering plants nearby? I can imagine how frustrating it is. I hope they were just a few strays.
