We don’t get a long weekend in SA. @SmilingGecko Makes no difference to me since I’m retired. I like to walk every day. Even though I don’t go far. But I usually garden for 2-3 hours as well.

I had no idea it was the Melbourne Cup. Ah well another day @TAB I don't follow it anymore. I used to but not these days.

Thats amazing the amount of time you spend in the garden @GezzaP well done and walking in ADDITION to that gardening effort! I try and say active but don't do anywhere near that quota so its good you can be active and enjoy your garden and exercise

Yes @TAB i’ve made that mistake with shops one time. But my local supermarket is open every day except Xmas.

@TAB I still have a belly despite the exercise and I also do physio exercises every day too.
