@SmilingGecko @TAB @Meowmy @StuF Had panattona pie for lunch. Delicious! Silverbeet, feta cheese, parmesan cheese, onion and a whipped egg wrapped in filo pastry and baked. Took me an hour and half but was worth it and even better I have leftovers. Did the big pile of dishes. Going to pick up a plant (a bromeliad) from next suburb over from me in 15 minutes - perfect nice and close.

@GezzaP your description of panattoni pie had me googling for a recipe. It sounds absolutely delicious and now I must get the ingredients and make it myself!

Hello @GezzaP! You've had a nice day today in your garden! I've been busy around the house. Got everything I needed done today on my list. Got out my calendar for next year and filling in key dates. Will be doing more tomorrow. Have been exploring crypto some more but for now having a break! Walk later...
