Hello @ENKELI I don't know if you do low carb or not but thought I'd share anyway!!! I used to use Panko gluten free normal breadcrumbs but I'm going to give to give this a go. I usually buy cauliflower each week. The packet of cauliflower rice you buy is Birds Eye brand if you don't want to buy a whole head of cauli and want the blitzing done for you. Its in the frozen section of the supermarket.
