@TAB I haven't walked the past few days but intend on getting out there once I've regained my strength. We are older and have health deficits that younger professionals don't understand. You will be ok but it can be overwhelming

@TAB Yeah we have to pull off something pretty good. I'm left with having to shed all the we!ght I gained due to thyroid. Thyroid is ok now but got to be consistent with regular walking which is ok. I do like walking but if I do a lot throughout the day at home (chores) my body just wont give. I had to build step by step day by day but it almost knocked me out when I was with diabetes educator. She was young and wanted me walking morning and afternoon. I couldn't do it.

An atheist lacks a belief in a god, while an agnostic is uncertain about the existence of a god because they believe it's impossible to know for sure. The two concepts are not mutually exclusive and address different aspects: atheism is about belief, while agnosticism is about knowledge. It is possible to be an agnostic atheist (lacks belief and doesn't claim to know) or even a gnostic atheist (lacks belief and believes with certainty that no god exists) ??
I'm not a theologan or a Christian,or even religous.
I do believe there is a connection through the Universe though and I am going to communicate over next few months, as have chance to make things right, but I might need some Help, even if its in the form of self-belief
