Yes @TAB no good re: gym. You must have done too much. I wonder if physio knows what he is doing. You shouldn't feel this way. My diabetes educator pushed me too hard. I do resistance bands and limit myself to 10x per set otherwise it would strain muscles. I'm resting until I get my vitality back with my CFS trouble. So quiet day in bed with the cat. Just made a big pot of my favourite herbal tea combo and will now rest after doing some meditation. I hope you will be ok this afternoon. I think just relax.
