@TAB Did not know that the aboriginal tea has been advertised. Dont know where I heard of it, but its deeply sedating. Works out much cheaper than melatonin. You only need a few leaves to steep in hot water and the leaves can be reused several times. So its affordable. My big packet of tea is still going so its cost efficient. I think melatonin taken long term can cause nightmares.

Hello @StuF worn out and tired here. Its either the CFS or my meds, so plenty of bed rest for the next few days. With CFS theres such a thing as recovery resistant fatigue which you wont fix by having just a day of rest, it can last up to a week or more unfortunately, so won't be able to do much the next few days until I get my strength and vitality back. I hope you are doing well. Are you going to the psychologist and shrink today?

I cant think where, maybe on tv , seen guy selling it. Very expensive, re that tea @SmilingGecko well one on tv was

ok $17-$150 depending on brand cheapest one was one I saw.

apparently tea bags have micro plastics, so I am going to have to stop them

Hey @SmilingGecko

Sorry to hear you're worn out. Hopefully rest will do the trick, fast.

I'm ok thanks. Just back from a walk. No psychs of either kind today 🙂
