oh , this is from physio think. get st@bbing pain lower spine worse when get out of bed ? maybe a new mattress somewhere along the line, just have to be careful

I have to remember on Thursday that my psych has moved since I last saw her! Been seeing her at the old place for a Long time...so need to remember to steer the car in the right direction! lol

Hello @StuF @TAB just cooked dinner, waiting for it to cool down. Your shrink has moved StuF. The last shrink I saw was no longer accessible via public transport. The bus route changed. I didn't really need to see her went in for meds management and after seeing her for a long while she politely told me she could not take me off my meds. lolz She was getting paid by Medicare to keep me until the end.
