The Qigong has been really good for me @TAB its been a lifesaver. Nothing new to report. Got to go out for a walk later. Same old same old. Kitty cat is cuddled up in a pile of laundry. Sorry to hear about your cat its so hard to know what to do in those situations. I have the same fears over my cat but she prefers it indoors mostly and doesn't seem to get into fights for now.

gots to get off puter @MissGremlin fixed my msgs on phone which had all disappeared thanks to google which samsung let become my new sms app ffs
