Thanks @StuF when I had thyroid stuff going on it was very prohibitive in terms of exercise - would break out in hot sweats all the time and had virtually no sleep. But like I said will listen an hour a day. Its coming off allready. The needle on the scales has not budged for the last 9 months and it actually shifted the past few days! HURRAH.
