My life used to be like that @TAB I was able to do the healing protocols by the author of the thyroid book you have with an artichoke on the front cover. Its been a long journey but never felt better. Could barely walk around the block when I started due to CFS and compromised health, now feel fit and healthy. I don't know how you get off the alcohol, you would need to do that first. Woolworths stock frozen wild blueberries for the heavy metal detox smoothie and frozen red papaya for the liver rescue smoothie he promotes in his books. Theres public demand for these products now which is why they are at Woolies. My bloodwork came back very good on most counts. I have no non alcoholic fatty liver anymore and am overweight still which is incredible given overweight can cause NAFL. Was able to shrink thyroid nodules and return my thyroid to normal function using his protocols. Had a really raspy voice which was a sign of nodules and no more nodules, heavy sweats and tiredness anymore

@TAB nothing wrong with having an ice block even when it's not hot.
Well done for having a shower.
Enjoy your nap ☺️.
