Got Dr's appt 4pm today, what a rubbish time, think was because its a double appt

this is another new GP, okay they were around the place when last went to hospital,they seem okay.

@TAB DSP isn't ideal but will be a safety net. You have a lot to bear mentally and physically so maybe this referral may work out to your advantage. It may be a bit more than jobseeker money-wise. Its annoying getting high traffic at the doctors office. I ring beforehand and ask how many patients are there before me - its a way to avoid crowds. They might even ring you to let you know your doctor is ready to see you. Hope your GP makes a good impression on you today. We all need a good GP! Just roasting some beets now

A mate known through work at dift places is always working and somewhere different .It occurs to me every now and again how much he must be earning .if Icould get 1/10th of that I would be happy, okay with centrelink as back up

my GP actually lets me do phone consultations to avoid any thing triggering me in the waiting room with so much negative energy.

im lucky she understands im not how people think i am that dont know me

she has been and continues to be steady & monumental support in my learning to live a new way

Mmm waffles. I ate crackers till 11 pm. They say it’s got beetroot in the crackers but it’s just beetroot powder I don’t know what that means
