I've come close to choking many times. I was going to buy a choking device for my preparedness kit @TAB There are lots on the internet but found out made overseas with cheap shonky parts that pose a risk. Found the only one that is TGA approved so may buy that next disability payment. Its kind of a mask that I think is silicone that creates a firm seal around your nose and mouth and you pump the device and it creates suction and brings up whatever you are choking on. I guess it beats waiting for an ambo that are allready ramped up outside ED

@TAB TBH I'm the same with the new med the doc put me on. I could barely function on it due to side effects and could not get anything done around the house it was that bad. I am trying other lifestyle changes and have discontinued the med and have allready lowered my BP by 30 points! The med was diabolical TAB I'm so glad I'm off it. It was a nightmare. Just had my cauliflower steak and it was really yummy. I've learned you can have maple syrup in your diet but if you stick to portion control and combine it with a fat it slows blood sugar uptake. Its something you don't do everyday but this was a recipe from a healer who knows about these things and I double checked for accuracy.

Hello @ENKELI sure honey here is the recipe ❤️
Mexican Street Cauliflower
Ingredients:
Creamy Avocado-Cilantro Sauce:
Directions:
Preheat your our oven to 220°C. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Remove the leaves and trim the stem of the cauliflower so that the cauliflower can sit flat. Slice cauliflower vertically into thick "steak" about 1 to 1.5 inches thick. Some florets will likely fall off, which can be roasted alongside the steaks. Arrange the cauliflower steak on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, maple syrup, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and ground cumin, and sea salt (if desired). Using a brush or your hands, coat the cauliflower steak and any loose florets evenly with the spice mixture.
Roast in the preheated oven for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown on the edges, flipping halfway through the cooking time to ensure even roasting.
While the cauliflower is roasting, prepare the creamy avocado-cilantro sauce. In a blender or food processor, combine the avocado, lime juice, cilantro leaves, water, and sea salt (if desired). Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more water as needed to reach the desired consistency.
Once the cauliflower steak has finished roasting, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly. Serve the cauliflower steak immediately drizzled with the creamy avocado-cilantro sauce. Enjoy!
