My pommie (!) shower wipes have arrived @TAB Will be ready for a nuclear holocaust. Thought of getting dry shampoo at some stage. I knew one lady with severe bipolar who found it hard to shower regularly. No judgement on my part as my symptoms weren't as bad as hers. She ended up getting sacked by her doctor because no professionals wanted to take her on. SAD! She uses dry shampoo on those days she struggles to wash. Could come in handy if theres no water. She is a very amazing lady whom I have lots of respect for. Anyway picking a good time to go in places is a good idea. My dad used to do our grocery shopping before the birds woke up. He was ex-airforce so was waking up in the middle of The Sahara Desert at 4am to start the day for him was normal. My dad used to have iron will.

Can you use them over your entire body @TAB? Was under the impression it was just for your hands? Anyway just got back from a 30 min walk. Feeling fitter since I started walking years ago with my diabetes. Did detox when I was away from the SANE forums and feeling heaps better now - no tiredness anymore. Got to try and get the we!ght down again which is more doable since detox. Nothing on for the rest of the day. I overpaid my bills so applied for a refund today.

Hello @Bunniekins hope you are coasting along well today! I'm about to relax now after my walk. Got to get around to cleaning my house tomorrow. We had Melbourne Water in our neighborhood today and water was turned off for maintenance so haven't done much today in terms of cleaning so tomorrow will clean up the mess in my kitchen

exhausted after gardening planning , actually ordering implements and even got black spot spray for one of the roses.directions say must be watered and not under water stress. well not rained in weeks so looks like some watering first, also fertiliser and a prune for bush I missed and touch up prune for one that didnt prune one side as too lazy to step over fence
@StuF naptime now. Glad your day was okay.
