@TAB @StuF thanks guys, can't afford a trip to the acupuncturist right now so have been exploring acupressure points from a TCM clinic on facebook. Getting some beach towel pegs from Amazon and clamping my acupressure points with them. That is what the video instructed. Should be interesting to see how it works. Acupuncture is $80 a session for a first visit at this local clinic. I don't know if the price is still the same. Will just do DIY acupressure for now
