Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

Yeah just do what you can @TAB I just try as I must to be tolerant with my capacities etc. Its not the best but negative self talk can really slay the health even further. When you have a peaceful happy inner terrain it allows the body to rejuvenate itself. You got washing done - a big tick, well done! I know how you must feel about gym. Will go off and listen to a weight loss audio now. Was back at square one with that after thyroid. Thyroid is ok now for the time being so incorporate that audio into routine. Have gained a lot unfortunately. But what do you do waking up in the middle of the night constantly sweating and having hot flushes? When I wasn't on the forums that was my reality day and night for about a year. Subclinical. Nothing came up on tests but all the signs and symptoms of thyroid disorder. Had menopause 8 years ago and nothing since. Could not have caffeine, soy, chocolate or iodine else a thyroid storm. I dont think standard tests show up anything at least that is what I've been told by other health advocates.

When I had to toss out just about everything I used to eat b/c of diabetes it was hard @TAB Have been able to retrain my tastebuds using morning smoothies to detox but before that it was just pain awful because it was so restrictive. I now look at the supermarket catalogue without feeling as if I'm being denied anything. I'm happy on my diet and so are my tastebuds. Don't want anything. When youre used to eating a certain way its very hard to change. It happens slowly as you said. I eat like a rabbit now
