Good morning everyone, hope you all managed to sleep ok!
I am about to put a load of washing on and the hope is I can clean some of my room today but might run out of time as have a few things on during today.
off to see a new chiropractor, bit nervous as going to be pricy and you just never know if they will be good or not. But I guess you won’t know unless you try! Fingers crossed 😬

You will like the salad dressing @PeppyPatti simple but a flavoursome combo. I dont think fat is good for gallbladders, (I know you had gallbaldder surgery) anyway this may be a way to get around a salad dressing conundrum. I won't be buying commercial salad dressing anymore as this is heaps better. The recipe also calls for added water so you may like to include a small amount of it in there.
