Hello @TAB @PeppyPatti @StuF had a good nights sleep. Kitty cat has come in and out. Added the total body lymph drainage pump to my morning energy practice. I used to use dry body brushing for my lymph which doesn't seem to get as much gunk out as the drainage pump does.
