Thats good @TAB I'm pleased to hear that!!! Well done. I've just added another energy routine. I used to drain my lymph using a dry bristle brush but now learned drainage acupressure points.

Hello @TAB electrician is now installing smoke alarms. Apparently the old battery ones are no longer in use and every house requires installation of an electric some alarm as replacement. My battery operated ones have been here since I moved in and are no longer suitable. Thought I'd get it done it cost me extra but peace of mind

yes hardwired smoke alarm should have been fitted here, just found out has to have one to be sold even in oldhouse ok thats in SA .got 2years ago @SmilingGecko victoria stillallowed to have batteries
