aww @rav3n nothing worse than a cold in warm weather, especially humid weather. I hope you heal quickly.

Life goes on. I just applied for a part time job that I would like to get, it would be so convenient as it is close to home and as my exemption expires in a week it would stop me from having to go through the job services provider hoops again, which is what put me in a tail spin in the first place. These people really need to have more knowledge of how to manage their clients that have mental health issues. Mine isn't so debilitating that I need NDIS but it's bad enough to make me go down into a depressive state when pressured.

I am okay for now and that is good. xo

thank you! @ENKELI

i've got my fingers crossed that you get that part time job!! what sort of role is it?

job hunt processes can be quite overwhelming, and i hear you about the pressure really impacting you - anytime i start a new job, there's like a wave of overwhelm that hits and whether i overcome the overwhelm or not largely depends on how supportive and understanding the organisation/service is. i hope they're understanding and supportive of you ✨

@Glisten is the mental health quiz free? i spent 10 mins on a different quiz only to find out at the end that i have to pay to see the results 😑

were you surprised with the results? hope you get to chat to your psych about it soon!!

Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

Hello @TAB I hope your day has been good! I had pathology tests today and having to see doctor again this afternoon by doctors request. They want me coming back every week now. I'm on a new med as of today. What have you been doing today? You got poop for the garden - I saw that post and is someone mowing your lawns as well? It will boost your mood having your garden mowed and trimmed! I have a lawnmower man and its $55/hour. I only get it mowed once its too long as I can't afford him on a regular basis. I like the garden a bit overgrown to deter would be robbers. It hasn't been mowed since winter. My lawnmower man is coming by this Friday!

Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

nah not getting them to do the front which is more like a lawn @SmilingGecko just backyard that is covered in weeds. this one is $40 /hr but cash he might be in for a shock when sees it. he thought roughly 2hrs. buts wants petrol money now as well. anyway its raining , so he minght not be here tomorrow. he just retired from a good job just chasing money finance fishing trips he says. See how it goes.I cant afford that too often. didnt get it done last couple years, but when rained after big dry, its booming, incl plants didnt have before

Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

@TAB If you can get on top of it then a lawn clip once in a while is ideal. It can get expensive. My lawnmower man is a hard worker so he does a good job. I just decided not to have him so often with things like robbers eyeing properties to break into. I like my garden looking a bit messy for that reason to deter a potential break in. My area is full of crime so its nothing new but with all this cost of living pressures means higher rates of crime. The retail industry is now having massive amounts of theft. I read that in the newspaper. It doesn't seem safe to even go to the supermarket anymore
