@TAB that’s the problem with living in regional areas.
As people get older they move closer to the cities for convenience.

..if they can afford to .. @Glisten this is special mission.there are doctors 500m from front door, ambulance 600m($1000, did once) hosp about same(been there twice already) and 30 mins down road are woolies coles, banks, way way bigger hospital, junkfood places, pubs etc. like a mini city ok 30,000 popn
this all went into choice of location for house. All Good. there is also a bus to there, and a bus to Adelaide which havent tried yet.
the Ghan and IndianPacific go through here, also freight to WA, NSW and Adelaide(its a main junction)so prime train territory which I love and reminds me of childhood running outside to see trains when at other peoples places. been here 2.5 years now. house value gone up $50k supposedly in that time.so, lucky I jumped when I could.ha ha I could nearly afford my parents house 5 years ago, its more than doubled in value now. Scary
