Thats amazing @Bunniekins so glad youre not in pain anymore. Its the pits...I was in a lot of pain for about a month in total last time. Like you, I could barely move. Yep, good old sciatica! I may investigate OTC pain relievers and ask my GP about it, it might work for me next time. I've been unwell since Friday and spending plenty of hours resting trying to find my center. I've got a GP appointment again with my regular clinic. Don't know how I'm going to get there - its only up the road and I may require a taxi.

@SmilingGecko weird now my support button is working .... anyhow. yes for me it was about two weeks of the most debilitating pain i have ever experienced and then mental health nurse (who is a registered nurse of many years) told me and as i said no more pain. def ask your gp its cheap too for the amount of meds in the box. if in doubt get a cab. hope you start to feel better soon xxx
