good morning. I’m late today. Got up late for me. Had a nice long sleep. Was slow getting organised this morning. Got in shower, washed my hair and walked up shop. Sunny but cold here this morning.

Hello @GezzaP just cooking sweet potato pizza for lunch and celebrating solstice. I need to shower but its been so cold in Melbourne since yesterday so slowly did my morning routine and was cuddled up in bed with the cat. Feeling optimistic about life and grateful. The journalling has enabled me to get out of a head spin and put things in perspective. Nothing on today just reading the forums on the main page. So glad my circumstances are a lot better that most peoples. I dont know how I would have been married with children and relationship problems and responsibilities with my mental illness. My life is simple and doesnt have any burdens really. Could do with some company but for the most part love being a hermit. It carries its own set of problems but theres no such thing as an ideal world. Everything carries its own share of what can go wrong in life.

I only wish I could find more to tap into.

I sometimes struggle to find where I have posted though.
