Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

Hello @StuF 😊 Just doing some recapitulation practice here. Its a shamanic Toltec tradition of taking back your personal power after negative encounters over the course of your life. These have bearing on your health and wellbeing especially in your later years. You seem to attract the same thing over and over again unless its cleared. I decided to do it as psychologists used to attend recapitulation retreats and said they were getting better results with their clients using it compared to psychotherapy alone. According to the author of the book TheToltec Art of Recapitulation people get worn down my life and wind up in a negative entropic state. This practice restores your energy back to you by taking back fragments of yourself from the past so you can live a life of vigor

Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

@SmilingGecko Cat is outside probably somewhere in the sun. Oh she has just come in maybe a bit cold for her out there.

I’m bored, restless and a bit down today very frustrating. Wish I could get out of it. Will take myself down the local pub for lunch. That’ll give me a couple of walks and I might see a few of the locals. I get a break from cooking which I find so hard when in a low. I like the fact that the meals are not huge so I don’t waste food and I get a free drink with the meal. Hope you are having a better day than me, sounds like it.

@GezzaP you poor love. I know youre not feeling the best. Its hard to cook let alone eat with depression. I think its a good strategy to have lunch at the pub. Alcohol used to make my depression worse. Have you noticed that with you? Anyway i know its deflating trying to push yourself to make the effort to go somwhere when feeling down. I know you cope better when sleeping. Dont know what to say. Theres nothing that can be said really. Its all this surgery stuff and problems with the bank thats triggered your depression

@GezzaP hope youre enjoying your counter meal and chatting with locals! I'm having my favorite recipe - roast cauliflower salad! I got given it from a dietician. Its in the oven now. So tasty and crunchy! A real treat to rev up my day. I dont use oil on it to reduce fat intake or the salt or herbs. I use rocket in place of parsley and Biolife brand vegan fetta to omit dairy and dont use pine nuts as they have traces of soy so sub for slivered almonds. It tastes amazing. A lovely way to treat yourself!!!

@SmilingGecko Lunch sounds nice. It is sunny here but very cold. I managed to get out by putting another layer of clothing on. Went to local. spoke to one local for an hour and half only had two drinks one with my food and one after while talking to local. Picked up my mood. Then spoke to another local on the way out. Made me feel better. A little alcohol perks me up rather than making me feel more down. I don’t usually drink alone. That was the first drink I’ve had in about a week.

@GezzaP yes lunch was good! Have been resting this afternoon and not doing much. My journal arrived and will do a diary entry. Watching some astrology regarding the solstice and cancer ingress tonight at 6pm the sun goes into cancer on Sunday, solstice is around the 19th if I am correct. Also glad to see the back of Chiron in Aries transiting the 8th house for Virgos. Its been very difficult putting with that transit for me personally it ends on Saturday. Very cold and windy here in Melbourne. Nothing to say really. Should have done housework, will do that tomorrow.
