@TAB Yeah Getting those chores done made me feel better about myself.
Had phone appt with psych @SmilingGecko . She agreed with me lowering dose of the O. I hope in a few days my appetite will calm down a bit. I am tired of constantly eating. Today I’m still hungry all the time once I have breakfast.
Hi @Bunniekins well done on walking. Hello @Meowmy @ENKELI

Pity about site glitches and people who have departed/grown apart but yeah.
Got sick of getting told off for butting in so made my own thread. First just me,then others

Haven't really noticed peoples' thread movements @TAB - only just back and haven't looked around much. Decided not to try and go back through history that I missed

Hi @GezzaP
I'm the opposite - using the phone drives me around the bend! I couldn't log into my proper account while I was 'away'

@StuF standing at my computer is cold whereas using the phone I can have a blanket over my legs and it doesn’t hurt my back. I have my computer in a standing position because of my bad back. I can lower the desk to a sitting position but have an ergonomic “kneeling chair” so the blanket slides off. Also I tend to slouch when sitting at the computer. I got my bad back from slouching in the final weeks of writing my PhD. Yes you can call me Dr GezzaP ha ha.

Yep @GezzaP - sitting at PC is definitely 'good' for slouching and bad back behaviour!

@SmilingGecko Oh I hope you are not too sick. How’s your skin? Hope you’re ok soon. At least you have someone nice dropping by your place in the afternoon.
I am a bit better today. Ringing my GP and especially sorting out new bank app made me feel like I’d achieved a couple of tasks and gave me a boost.
Now all I need to do is plan dinner early before GP rings. She is ringing anytime from 5.20pm (she is often very late ringing as much as an hour or more late). I will probably need to eat before she rings or I will get very hungry waiting for her to call. I would have had a bigger lunch but my psych rang early and I had an early lunch to allow for that.
