@GezzaP just turning in for the night listening to Solfeggio frequencies for energy blocks i think its 417hz. Just what i needed, some release. I feel a lot better now have felt a bit off energetically since the other day. Will post a picture of my acusonic tuning forks tomorrow they make sounds like solfeggios and are great for relaxation and attunment. Wishing you a good night

Just did some morphogenic sound healing from Sapien Medicines channel on Odysee. Had some juicing and a smoothie then brekky. Its miserable weather out there. Might do a load of washing today. Get out my Bikun gel pack for detox - an invention based on the concepts of dr Louis Kuhne from either 19th or 20th century. Its akso used for weight managrnent. Ive had this gel pack for years its an amazing invention for getting rid of stubborn fat and detoxification. Your skin glows with it

Morning @AuntGlow @TAB @SmilingGecko @creative_writer @Meowmy @ENKELI . I achieved two tasks this morning overcoming my anxiety. I made a phone appt with my GP relatively easy for me.

More challenging was setting up my new bank app. (My bank has changed the app and it’s name). I am putting off changing to the new BSB number until I have no choice. I am proud of overcoming my anxiety and doing these tasks.

it is another dreary dark and damp day here in Adelaide.

@GezzaP well done! Ive just contacted my chemist for a home delivery. It should get here sometime this afternoon. Got back into aligning an energy center on the body called the assemblage point it can shift all over the body due to major stressors snd account for ill health. If your assemblage point is off you feel off. It can shift due to mental illness as well as trauma, accidents, operations, childbirth and more.

@SmilingGecko Lucky you a delivery of meds. I made the booking with my GP because I need my sleeping meds tomorrow. So will have to walk to chemist tomorrow.
I only took a half tablet last night because I’m running out. I also reduced my dose of the big O, yet slept really well last night. Didn’t get up until 7am which is late for me. I normally get up between 5 and 6am. No sunrise here this morning to speak of.

Feeling a lot better just did a set of meridian tracing @GezzaP. The stuck energy has gone. May do some medical qigong too to flush my meridians and cultivate chi energy. Yes the chemist should be here after lunch. Most chemists do deliveries to people who are on limited income all you have to do is ask. Mine asks for a minimum of $20 purchase or they issue you with a surcharge. If all my med scripts are at the chemist will ring the chemist for delivery instead of having my Extras insurance deliver it with their partnered courier company
