@TAB I have my reminder list right in front of where I sit for my morning coffee so I can check what’s scheduled for the day. I also check my list on the day before so I know what’s coming up. I worry so much I’m obsessed about upcoming appts.

I presume your trouble sleeping is the main reason you forget about appts. @TAB . All I can suggest is that you go to bed earlier and get up to check your list before going back to bed.

Self-serving dinner here @TAB . Threw a spud in the oven to bake ha ha. Easy when you’re feeling lazy which I always am by this time of day. Puss is curled up asleep high up in her cat tree. She has been up there most of the day once it started raining. Shows no sign of coming down to eat.
