Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

@SmilingGecko Australia won the soccer I think they did well. Yes World Cup.

My rash on my chest started in 2022 so not my psych meds I don’t think. I think it is just a menopause reaction. I have tried various creams on it and am taking an antibiotic but nothing works. Seeing a dermatologist in August. Might get train and either walk or get a taxi from train station if my helper can’t take me.

@GezzaP I hope the dermatologist is able to provide some answers. It can be frustrating when they are located in an inconvenient location. I hope your helper is able to help you get there.

I’ve had a lot going on, so that’s why I’ve been quiet lately. So many mixed emotions flooding me at once. It’s hard to describe, feels like a beautiful struggle

@GezzaP hope you can get solution for your rash. You dont have much longer to wait to see dermatologist. I plan my trips like you do as its hard without a car. I used to go out a lot when I was younger but just prefer being a bit of a hermit at this stage in my life. Dont particularly want to do exploring just a quiet life with me and the cat! Thats great Australia won the first round is it read it briefly in The Age? I dont own a TV set so am not up to date with things people watch these days. I did use to have a tiny set i bought cheaply but it broke and after that i decided i needed a digital detox and never looked back since

@SmilingGecko I like having a tv. I find it relaxing and I love my sports and some things on the ABC. I find it an effective way to wind down before going to bed.

I would watch the netball and the opera @GezzaP I just got out my acusonic tuning forks and put them over my chakras it settles me before sleep. I feel more aligned energetically after my nightly tune up.

Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

@SmilingGecko Good morning. I slept really well. Was a bit slow getting going this morning but no rush as was waiting for chemist to open. Walked up there and went to supermarket as well. No rain yet, it’s forecast to come in. Did a Spanish lesson took me a while as not in the mood. Feeling very lazy today.

Have definitely swung from high to low. I knew I would given all the anxiety of the eye surgery and the changes with my bank. Will speak to psych about adjusting the O dose tomorrow.

@GezzaP I have just been trying to unearth some lovely Taoist exercises for women to honor the winter solstice at the end of the week on either Saturday or Sunday. I try and do them each solstice to align myself with the change in seasons. I'll put them up on SANE to share with people if I am able to upload them successfully. They are very nurturing practices to nourish the soul.

No good youre experiencing a dip in your mood. I'm sorry you are not well again. I used to really feel down when I experienced clinical depression. There are no words for it just a profound darkness of unimaginable depths which cripples your entire sense of self. I have said there is no bottom when it comes to this type of anguish and despair. I am hoping you can halt it quickly somehow if you are lucky to grab it before it takes hold with its claws. Stay strong, lovely woman x
