@GezzaP perfectionists are intolerant of themselves and tend to be more intolerant of other people. They have problems dealing with ambiguity. I sense your sister really drives herself. In all likelihood her life isnt easy and other people dont measure up to the the unrealistic standards she holds for herself

You’d be entirely right about my sister @SmilingGecko .

Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

@GezzaP accounting isnt a nice profession I think you mentioned she was one. They get indoctrinated to hate people on welfare. They can even die at their desks. Ive known a kamikaze accountant friend of my ex die at his desk. Saw people go grey after doing their CPA at university. Have bumped into people I once knew that looked like the living dead. Its such a mind deadening and soul destroying career. With AI its likely she will be out of a job. I dont know what she will do after that but accounting will be automated by AI

Yes @SmilingGecko my sister was an accountant until she left work to spend time with her husband who had cancer. She never went back to work after he passed. She is on a super pension that she manages herself. She sold her immaculate 4WD this year. She would have made a lot of money from that. She is a year younger than me. Her hair is almost completely white. Mine is partly grey.

Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

I’m a bit tired this afternoon @creative_writer . My helper took me to my eye appt this morning and then we went to Bunnings to get some new heat lamps for my bathroom. We also got a big bag of kitty litter for my puss. Set me back $60 all up. Everything is so expensive. But was cheaper than what I could get them for anywhere else. Took him for lunch. He is supposed to come back on Sunday and Monday. Sunday to finish work in the garden and Monday to take me to my bank to set up the new app and maybe internet banking.

I am definitely swinging into high anxiety and on towards depression. I can sense it. I get overwhelmed and panicky easily. I hate being this way. Excuse long message.

How are you today?

I see endocrinologist next friday. luckily they come here once a month ha ha , spoiled with a few specific visiting specialists. she's a tiny indian woman could have been a model, and sharp as a tack. might bet lucky w hormones taking, maybe too soon after stopped horrible heart med that messes thryroid up. who knows. also got appt w ENT guy who visits after complaining 50th time about coughing for over a year now. $170 gap for him ugh. The endocrinologist took pity on me and bulk-billed lol.

I broke my thongs walking from carpark to cardiologists last year. they noticed, said something which I laughed off. Since then $70 gap has been $0 lololo
