Good Morning @StuF glad you had a good time watching football yesterday. Hope that you are doing well today.
@TAB yes I saw Lions won. The podcast was really good and tells you how to break out of slumps due to negative circumstances ie health and misfortunes. Its been a real lifeline to me at the moment. Its something I know I can draw upon now and in the future. I hope we can make both the most of the day today. I'm just focussing on resting and recovery
