@GezzaP hey Gezza, you got this. I know it must be worrying with everything you have going on. I hope closer to the date you feel less stressed about the operation and the lead up. Having to fast is something I struggle with too.
All the best, I'll be keeping you in my thoughts and prayers xo

I get the fades and shakes when I don’t eat @ENKELI so I’ll struggle with such a long fast. Would have been ok if surgery was in the morning rather than the afternoon. I can fast in the morning. Can eat until 9am so I think I’ll have a cooked breakfast. Will have pasta the night before I think. I’m ok with the eye surgery now. Will do my best to relax and hopefully it’ll go smoothly.

Yeah the big O @GezzaP definitely! Dont knock it though - you could get another nights worth of blissful rest which would be nice
Felt good walking down the street with more zing in my stride - have been doing detox of liver, kidney and blood vessels, more energy and feel emboldened for a change.
I dont know what you do about GP fees I cant afford anything either. I do have a trust but I'm only entitled to limited funds per annum to pay for essentials. Its just not enough. There are deeming rules with social security which means I dont get entitled to much. Its still the same amount almost I put in there in the beginning thanks to trust investments. It was a wise decision
I think I'll just do my Taoist practices to keep myself sane. I seem to be deriving lots of rewards doing them.
Getting tired of this rotating ball of dust we call planet Earth lol Are you? I think we all are quite frankly!!! ❤️

I get more than social security on my super pension and I have other super that I can withdraw for emergencies so I’m better off than many. @SmilingGecko It’s just that with inflation and bills going up all the time some fortnights are tough and until I can draw a part aged pension and get a pension card I get no concessions. My meds are expensive and so are the bills. Also I’m on strata title and the fees are high.
I just had chinese stir fry for dinner. Was so hungry but I’ve got leftovers. I went for another walk my third one for the day. Hoping for another reasonable night’s sleep.
Headache has come back sadly. Got a hot compress on my neck. Can take more painkillers in just over 1/2 hour.
Good that you feel so good.

I would get advice about how to get max pension @GezzaP one way wouldbe to sell flat and use super after pension age to get freehold property, then go to cenno as have way fewer assets, just a cheaper to run house . well or bet bongo van and go round aust ! prob be doing that now hey
