@GezzaP wow, your helper sounds like he's taking his role a bit too seriously! It's so difficult when people insist on giving you things you don't want. For your sake I hope he takes his stuff soon.

I manage to pay it just but gets harder with annual price hikes @ENKELI . Will be better in a few years when can get part pension or maybe even q full pension. Especially hanging out for a pension card and all the concessions. Happy snoozing to you. I’m in bed stretching my back out. Good night sleep tight.

Well psych told me to only take higher dose of one med for 1-2 nights. So not taking it last night means I’m awake after only 1 1/2 hours sleep despite listening to sleep meditation recording on you tube. So now sitting in a dim room listening to Alice Cooper album from the inside. Based on actual people he met in an asylum he was in for rehab. Good ridiculously early morning peeps.

@SmilingGecko @TAB @ENKELI @Meowmy @RiverSeal @Bunniekins @AuntGlow and anyone else awake out there in the witching hours.

@ENKELI biorhythms had their genesis in the 1960s hippie counter culture. This is the book I have. It comes with a complimentary perspex wheel that you can turn to check your daily rhythms. I would not buy from Amazon you can get it cheaper elsewhere. The book retails for $100 on Amazon because its an old collectors edition.

Try and get as much outdoors sunlight as possible in your eyes during the day @GezzaP it will help knock you out at night. I know youre struggling and throwing everything at it to try and get some sleep. It must be so exasperating for you. I get a sense of how you are feeling right now. But sunlight is your friend it will signal melatonin at night. If you cant do anything else just SUNLIGHT SUNLIGHT SUNLIGHT today. Tonight sleep may be light on as we have a jacked up full moon so please get sunlight - I will be. Its a super full moon so its at its closest approach to earth so its power is stronger and may cause insomnia. It will be bobbing in the sky as a big bright moon in the sky. May go moon gazing tonight the moon absorbs a lot of angst for me normally especially if I'm overwrought the moon just takes my emotional pain away via gazing at it. Have given up on therapists lol. Not many people think moon gazing can be a therapeutic intervention but it is in some circles. I'm a moon gazer

Morning @SmilingGecko . Used meditation for sleep last night. Slept deeply but only for about an hour and a half.

Surprisingly my back is ok today. Went for a walk at 5am. Maybe the audio frequency maybe the chiro who knows?

Watered garden and washed the towels I used while defrosting freezer yesterday to protect wooden floors.

Want to make some banana bread this morning but first must give my indoor plants some tlc and feed them before it gets too warm outside. Hoping we get the forecast 5-10mm of rain each day from tomorrow for about 4 days. Really good for garden and indoor plants. I like the indoor plants but need hardy ones that don’t wilt so easily.

Thinking need to get raised beds if i’m going to be able to keep growing veggies. Otherwise will have to transform to lower maintenance garden.

Well you have a good day.

Hope you have more energy today. I got some limes at shop and will add to water in the hope that it’ll work the same as lemon water. Thanks for sending all the links will try out if I can stay awake, but will nap for a couple of hours when I’ve done my chores because my footy team has a late game tonight.

I'm pleased to hear your back is ok @GezzaP thats one less thing you have to worry about.

Yeah its volatile with this full moon tonight. I got out some amethyst to work with the full moon which can be so sensitizing. The amethyst brings you to a state of incredible stillness and peace blocking out chaotic energy from the full moon's gravitational pull. I use it every full moon but we have a supermoon today so its even worse. I know first responders like ED departments always put on extra staff during full moons that is what my ex told me he used to be an orderly in a hospital at one stage.

I also had a sensitizing personal transit between the moon and neptune so got out some moonstone which helps with dealing gracefully with the ups and downs of life and getting rid of emotional tension whilst providing sustenance along the way.

Was feeling a bit raw today but feeling better after getting out these stones

Banana bread is lovely. Sadly I cant eat cakes anymore due to diabetes and sugar so I have to be mindful of what I eat. I hope your cake turns out nice though. I know you will enjoy baking it!

Not really feeling up to the occasion to doing much. Will have a gentle and quiet day with kitty cat
