Hello @AuntGlow yes chiron cazimi happened around the same point in time when I was able to heal and unblock all my chakras. Have tried for years to do this with little success. It translated into improved health, heightened wellbeing and significant increase in vitality!

Morning @SmilingGecko . Trust you are well. My depression has lifted a bit today even though I woke up very early. Hoping not swinging into hypomania. Have put aside anxiety inducing tasks for now. Will watch my footy team play in the afternoon. Got a pizza and garlic bread last night got leftovers for today. Yes I know not very healthy but such is life. Need to eat lamb roast I took out of the freezer a couple of days ago. Maybe I will cook it tomorrow. Walked to shop this morning. Back hurt again when walking. Had to rest afterwards. Done Spanish lesson. You must excuse my political rant yesterday. I’m a political animal having been a politics lecturer. I was one of the very few progressives in my dept.

@GezzaP I hope you dont spin into mania and get plenty of the sleep you need. I'm just cooking a pizza for lunch, I cant do takeout as I have gluten sensitivity and diabetes. Just been watching a biofield tuning fork session on you tube to do with nervous system regulation and anger as part of an end of the week seminar. I've been doing more kidney and liver detox using Rife and noticing more energetic upliftment as a result. I feel a lot better. Have been also checking out Robert Reich again on you tube who is an economist of some kind. He worked with Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton administrations. Some say hes socialist but he maintains its enlightened capitalism what he promotes. I noticed The Socialist Alliance had a Marxist gathering at the Melbourne showgrounds during Easter and we are having some punters from them join the election in Victoria hoping to get some seats here.

You can get gluten free and diabetes friendly take away these days @SmilingGecko . The Socialist Alliance has been putting up candidates for decades. They are Trotskyists. They believe in international socialism. I don’t share all their views. I am an historical materialist which is closer to Karl Marx. I also adhere to elements of Louis Althusser, Antonio Gramsci and to an extent Laclau and Mouffe. I guess the contemporary writer closest to me is David Harvey on Mexico. I specialised in Mexico and Cuba and Political Violence in Latin America. I also taught international political economy, development theory and various courses on Mexico and Cuba as well as Music and Politics in the Americas.

Yes I know have seen them on voting forms before @GezzaP even anarchists put themselves there not to gain votes but awareness around non governance. I thought you may have been Marxist. I dont know anything about the writers you mentioned however I've had some exposure to community development in Latin countries when I studied at TAFE. I have followed with interest Javier Milei the Argentine president. I find him to be very charismatic and funny based on shorts from X. He seemed to be a bit of a wildcard being an anarcho-capitalist.

Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

The Argentine President is a Trump supporter @SmilingGecko . Trump bailed him out of an economic crisis. He might be funny but I wouldn’t want to be in Argentina today.

Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

Nothing has been good with Argentina since their civil war. It used to be an affluent country. I noticed his ties with Trump. I dont follow the polutics in that country or what went on until recent date but got a sense he was charged with the rotten responsibility of trying to get that country on its feet. Like him or hate him he was dealt a bad set of cards unfortunately @GezzaP
