Had a good nights sleep @TAB. Must have slept 10 hours straight for a change. Not doing much today, just did some meditation this morning to relax. Sorry to hear about your foot, I find it hard managing multiple health issues. It would be nice if they just went away! When things are bad I focus on essentials only.

Is the Grand Final on today or not? I'm not up with things to do with footy @StuF I was able to put away produce yesterday and throw out garbage so thats a small achievement - it got my mind off things but I won't be doing much today

I got mixed up weeks ago with finals @SmilingGecko , yes, its today,just checked.

yes, same foot was infected,now am getting worried about it

@TAB sorry to hear that about this concerning development regarding your foot, it must be hard putting up with all this. I hope you find some relief from this extra burden you have to carry. I have not been well either.

Yes I know how you feel @TAB I've got to the stage where I have almost given up. Ageing is not for sissies. Got the cat here shes my piece of sanity. Dont want to pressure you but are you seeing a doc about antibiotics for your infection? I had a huge 8cm wound that I was concerned would get infected with my diabetes last month. Anyway maybe watching the game on tv may be some enjoyment. I'm not a footy fan but these things can take us away from our immediate realities. Take care of yourself tabby

@Meowmy . tidied up kitchen, did dishes, had shower,got washing on incl. sheets

think shop soon. maybe get snacks for Grand Final, dont like those teams, but its a spectacle I guess, plus not much else to do lol

Agree re football , i sort of follow it but dont like either team playing today.

will get dr to look at foot , I dont want to spend a week in hosp every few months. i had cellulitis few months ago, got admitted cos temp, was going to be ABs in outpatients. took 5 days and IV drips ABs couple dift sorts to get on top of infection. and that was just a skin infection, they gave me medical hero in in the end, cos pain, hate to think what its like if gets into muscles and bones, which it can .

anyhoo, off to shop,snacks for tv. going for long drive monday to get bags of sheep poo fresh from farm lol.Friend says they are good for roses. I have one huge bush left that gave rough prune, well to get it behind front fence as much as anything,but it could be 70 years old, its really old type. a white one. where i cut stems, lots new greener growth.

@SmilingGecko take it easy dont know where cat is here, slept here all last night. i posted on fb about it. people from 3 blocks away said it had been hanging around there all week
