Oh that’s nice you had dinner at lunch time so did I @SmilingGecko . But I got hungry again this evening so as I was unable to face cooking again I had a baked potato with the lot delivered. Only ate about a quarter of it so got leftovers for tomorrow. Not very healthy I know but it was all I could face as I battle this depressive mood swing. My psych is calling me again next week. I hope it is her usual Tuesday as I have an eye test on Monday. I’m expecting the eye test to advise that I have surgery for one cataract or possibly both eyes. Excuse the rant. Hope you get a security system for your email.
