@StuF he tolerates it 😂. He's not a massive fan of baths but he doesn't mind them, he always enjoys a good scratch when I scrub the soap in though. After he goes crazy with the zoomies so that's always entertaining.
I made the phone call and the person wasn't there of course, now I have to wait for them to ring me back. The person has a really strong accent and I struggle to understand them which is hard when you're trying to talk about mental health issues and are already struggling.
