Hello @TAB good luck with psych today. I've just been sitting in the sun soaking up the sunshine. Warm days in Melbourne this week. Unusual for this time of year. Will squeeze in a walk this afternoon. Done weights this morning. Arm flab going away now getting toned arms lol

Hey @Meowmy I read your post to @TAB Tabby.
it would be so good if I turned strong and resilient through this painful experience of betrayal by previously trusted parent figure.
@Meowmy sweetheart the pain of injustice and betrayal by someone you trusted and loved is a horrible experience.
You have experienced it more than once.
I wish there was a way to take that hurt away.
It doesn’t negate what this person did for you as a child. They must be feeling shame, because they haven’t contacted you to discuss the situation.
I really, truly hope that they take some steps to resolve this matter with you.
