I overdid things in gym yest. have deep aches high and low lol coffee and back to bed for a bit.

I got a bit enthusiastic re last few exercises @SmilingGecko not sure what isnt a poor recovery if making a proper effort esp early 60s

Youll feel better after a rest @TAB To be honest dont know how I got through gruelling efforts with diabetes educator which really took ot out of me. I should have looked into detox sooner

Good Morning @Meowmy I hope you will be ok at work today. I thought everything you went through on the weekend and having to show up at work feeling depleted after your MI episode. The main thing is you are ok now. I am happy you are allright. Please take good care of you

have had people tell me aches and pains disappear if stop drinking eg @SmilingGecko also after stopping pain killers for arthritis etc after first few days pain seems to lessen. ie part of pain at least was caused by meds
