Once youve been able to settle yourself again you wil be ok. Depression and anxiety arent a good mix. I think numerous things were upsetting you @GezzaP

@GezzaP Didnt get quite around to girly dressup. But washed the scarf and had curry for lunch. Not walking anywhere as its weird astro weather could have an unfortunate encounter with some weirdo. Its not a nice neighborhood and under this sky anything can happen. The local milkbar has bars around the cashier, thats how bad it is out this way.
