Morning @SmilingGecko . I slept ok. Got up a couple of times to go to the loo as per usual. Showered as helper is supposed to be coming today if he gets paid this morning. Cold and depressed still sadly. Hate myself when I’m like this. I get ABC news and the Conversation online but can’t face reading them just yet. What is the independent newspaper you read? Hope your audio works for you. I feel terrible this morning.

Morning @Bunniekins . Cold but sunny here this morning. Battling depression. Helper supposed to come today but no sign of him yet and no message. Need to go to shop but holding off to hear from helper. Feeling frustrated. You have a good day.

@GezzaP its been really unsettling on the ether we had one of the worst new moons yesterday for the whole year accompanied by some difficult doshas and yogas in vedic astrology leaving peoples nerves frayed.

Its been a very heightened and intense time the past 24 hours particularly. I noticed it and was so glad I was able to get my chakras succesfully unblocked and healed since last week. My energy was flowing better and I was calmer and more in rest and digest mode ever since.

I hope you will be allright. I just sense you have been overloaded and feel a bit short circuited since ruminating over your sister and home helper which has exacerbated your depressive/anxious state. You just need to be undisturbed to find your center again. A bit of people doing the right thing by you wouldnt go astray.

But I understand the turbulence in your mind and how its affecting you. I used to have extreme anxiety at one stage that I could not function not even to see a psychiatrist. When you are too sick to see a psychiatrist then you know you are sick because you just cant pull anything out of a hat. Anxiety can certainly make you feel wired.

@GezzaP hope helper comes soon hunny so you can get out in the sunshine. thinking of you today. x

Thanks @Bunniekins . I don’t think he is coming and I haven’t heard from him. There are so many jobs that need doing. I can’t manage to do them. I am very frustrated. I can only assume he is either still sick, he didn’t get paid this morning or he has decided to do other things today. Maybe he can’t deal with me when I’m depressed. I know it is hard to deal with someone who is depressed. I know I should give up and just go for a walk. I smoke too and my health is bad. I need to go to the shop but am too anxious to drive and can’t face the walk because I’m so unfit. It is cold in my house too atm. Sorry for the rant. Hope you are ok. Sending bunny hugs.

Yes I’m in a bad place right now @SmilingGecko . My psychiatrist only works on a Tuesday. She just tells me to get out of the house. Helper hasn’t shown up. Guess he can’t handle my depressed self or has his own problems. Who knows?
