Its a dreary day in Melbourne. Cat is hiding in the cupboard. She loves her peek-a-boo places. She really needs a cat tree. But she likes inconspicuous places in the house. Got back into routines that strengthen my aura and specifically my hara line. Plus using the violet ray. They make you stronger and able to face life with more gusto. Anyway thats my morning so far. Got nothing on today except tackling the kitchen

Good morning friends how is your day getting on? My day was pretty miserable to start off with but i have picked up a lot and the nausea has final settled.

A bit on the down side but nothing overly bad. Going to get visitors at 10:00am but the house is a mess. For the last few days i have been too unwell to do much apart of doing the dishes. So i best get going and see if i make this place look a gem in the mean time. (When my wife came yesterday she started cleaning for i had not been able to do so. Had to stop her.😁 Typical tho.😍

Have to hang washing out. 2nd load going now. been avoiding post office as feel silly picking up mattress topper that is prob there ha ha. best to get it. plus need snacks. diet starts sunday now, ha

Good morning @SmilingGecko . Contacted bank it wasn’t a scam so down the track I will have to change the BSB for payments and direct debits. This is a pain in the proverbial. I’m totally stressed out by this. I can’t deal with anymore today. I also contacted my other bank to verify my identity. I got an email from them a while back that I mistook for a scam and deleted. It is so hard to deal with all this when anxious and depressed. I did do a load of washing in amongst calling banks. So I’m pleased I have managed to do that too. I hope your morning has been less stressful than mine.

@ENKELI I had a very stressful

morning on the phone to my banks due to legitimate emails I received from them. At least I did it. Did a load of washing as well. Was hard because I’m suffering from anxiety and depression. Was bad for my smoking habit. Will have to change BSB for incoming and outgoing payments down the track what a hassle. I could do without this. Also got a suspicious debit. Hope your day is going better than mine.
