@ENKELI I have a "Contour Next" blood monitoring device. Its so so easy to use and it just offers me peace of mind.
I measure my blood sugar when I wake up before breakfast and two hours after food.
Best fasting blood glucose before breakfast is: 4 - 5.5
Two hours blood glucose post meal is: 6-8
If my levels are higher than normal I will get into resistance bands or use my weight training to get the glucose in the muscle. Exercise also lowers blood glucose. My blood sugar has only been too low once and I spoke to the Nurse on Call hotline and I think they recommended honey or jelly beans that time.
I will check out that powder Glucerna never heard of it.

Well @SmilingGecko . Had some Indian food not much since I had main meal at lunch time. Good thing is there is lots of leftovers for the next few days. Just letting it go down a bit before heading to bed. I go to bed early except when I watch my footy team or on the rare time when I have a friend over. Puss is on my lap. She wanted to share my Indian jumped up on the counter. Mostly veggies and meat too spicy for a puss.

Thats great @GezzaP you got out of those four walls. Well done. You can have leftover portions in the coming days. Any plans for tomorrow apart from ringing the credit union? What is one small thing you think you could do that would bring you back to yourself in a tangible way tomorrow? I know the monkey mind wants to do its own thing but something else into the mix may offer a bit of a lift. What might that be for you? I'm about to head off to bed for the evening. I'm glad you were able to enjoy your evening to whatever degree what was possible tonight based on how youre feeling. A good nights sleep and a successful outcome tomorrow with the credit union you can certainly tick off your list! 👍

Thanks @SmilingGecko . I should do some washing tomorrow and water garden but not sure I’ll get garden done. Call credit union. No other plans. I’m headed to bed directly myself. Sleep is an escape from the depression and anxiety. Hope you sleep well again.
