If it doesnt work for you then you'll know to stop the detox @ENKELI. The reason why you may be tired is due to diabetes plus liver. Leading up to my diabetes diagnosis I was so fatigued I could barely do things around the house. Exercise was difficult was struggling and my diabetes educator was pushing me hard. You also said you had fatty liver which would be another contributing factor to fatigue. I had fatty liver which I was able to reverse. Exercise and getting weight down will reverse your fatty liver. But I understand the fatigue. I also live with CFS and it makes it worse. I know how proactive you are and know you will get this properly attended to when a GP comes available. You said nobody local was taking on new patients which kind of leaves you in limbo. Just try and exercise even if you are too tired. Schedule it in during the day when you feel up to it. But yes exercise can reverse fatty liver its what I was told by my diabetes educator and doctor. I was washed out most days but was able to get the we!ght down

Oh good luck with your diet @TAB . I eat high fibre muesli for breakfast, stir fry veggies for lunch sometimes with snags, next to nothing for tea varies. Have lost some weight but not my belly. Yes pleased with effort on smokes. Had one after lunch. Trying to resist again now. Is your puss outside? Mine has come in for now.
